Biogas Processing Plant

Raw biogas is produced from multiple digesters. This gas contains methane (CH?), hydrogen sulfide (H?S), carbon dioxide (CO?), and water.
Prior to this installation, the biogas undergoes partial cleaning in separate desulfurization units. The remaining H?S is then removed in the Laminol® Unit, where it is converted into elemental sulfur.
The gas is then compressed, cooled, and dried to the correct dew point using a glycol (TEG) system. Before delivery, the quantity and quality of the biogas are carefully measured.
A dedicated cooling system with warm and cold water circuits ensures the process operates efficiently.
