Med STACK200 kan du samle og stable op til 120 baller i timen. Ballestableren er designet af en erfaren og innovativ storlandmand for at øge effektiviteten på store landbrug.

STACK200 samler ballerne op i ballepresserens kørselsretning, så du undgår at køre på tværs af dens spor i marken. Bladaffjedrede aksler, flotationsdæk og et hydraulisk styret støttehjul sikrer en rolig og stabil kørsel på marken. Balletangen løfter skånsomt ballerne op fra jorden og centrerer dem oppe på læssebordet. Her stables ballerne to og to, inden de vippes videre op på ladet.

Ballerne holdes på plads på STACK200 af det hydrauliske sideværn og to støttegafler, som automatisk justerer deres placering i takt med, at ladet fyldes op. Ladet består primært af ruller, som let flytter selv drivvåde wrapballer.

Støttegaflerne og sideværnet på STACK200 holder effektivt de læssede baller på plads, når du tipper ladet for at stille hele stakken fra dig. STACK200 er udstyret med en tipstabilisator, som låser vognens bagerste aksel ved aflæsning. Ballerne efterlades, som de blev samlet på marken, med bindeknuderne opad.

Den hydrauliske trækstang gør det let at skifte mellem arbejds- og transportindstillingen af STACK200.

With STACK200 you can collect and stack up to 120 bales per hour. The bale stacker was designed by an experienced and innovative large-scale farmer to increase efficiency on large farms.

STACK200 collects the bales in the direction of travel of the baler, so you avoid driving across its tracks in the field. Leaf-sprung axles, flotation tires and a hydraulically controlled support wheel ensure smooth and stable driving in the field. The bale clamp gently lifts the bales from the ground and centers them on the loading table. Here, the bales are stacked two by two before being tilted further onto the bed.

The bales are held in place on the STACK200 by the hydraulic side guard and two support forks, which automatically adjust their position as the bed is filled. The bed consists primarily of rollers that easily move even wet wrapped bales.

The support forks and side guards on the STACK200 effectively hold the loaded bales in place when you tip the bed to put the entire stack away. The STACK200 is equipped with a tip stabilizer that locks the rear axle of the trailer when unloading. The bales are left as they were collected in the field, with the knots facing up.

The hydraulic drawbar makes it easy to switch between work and transport mode of the STACK200.
