Frame structure designed for high throughput capacity.
The hoes of Performance, positioned at 27 cm intervals, are arranged in three lines. All this - together with the 85 cm beam height and the 70 cm interval -
guarantees the no-fuss management of a large quantity of stalk remains even in unbroken corn stubble. The hoe arrangement and the high bottom allow for
unobstructed and uniform processing of a large quantity of stalk remains.
Grading discs in front of the roller line. The grading discs are located in front of the roller, and create an even soil surface before sealing. They feature rubber springs to protect against rocks.The large-diameter side discs guide the soil thrown at a large distance back to in front of the roller line, thereby ensuring a balanced transition.
Comprehensive control from the driver’s cabin. The Performance can be used in various work processes from shallow stubble stripping through basic cultivation at a depth of 40 cm to seed bed creation.
Compacting at full depth. It is absolutely necessary to plane and seal back the soil upset by the cultivator to achieve an excellent quality of work. The roller line, which operates as the closing unit of the cultivator, has a compacting effect that goes deep.
You have a choice of wedge ring and U-profile closing rollers for Performance cultivators.
Efficient mud scrapers under all conditions. The Performance mud scraper was designed to keep the closing rollers clean even under the harshest conditions. There is a cleaning blade between each roller ring, the height of which compared to the surface can be adjusted easily with the help of screw shafts. As a result of the favourable design of the cleaning blades, stalk residue cannot even be lifted from the ground, so our roller can do a perfect job under all conditions.

In the design office we use highly skilled engineers with agricultural experience in the latest, most modern 3D design software to create a three-dimensional model of the product.
This is followed by finite element modelling which shows the load-bearing capacity of the critical points of the product on the drawing board. If this model has passed this test, prototype production can begin.
Then all our machines are subjected to long-term tests in a number of farms around the country to make sure that the product will stand up in the field.
Any repairs are carried out, and then put into mass production. Not only during the design phase, but also in the production halls, we use the latest technologies to ensure that only top quality machinery is delivered to farmers.
